Delivery timelines count working days from dispatch. Shipments to remote locations can take an extra 1-2 days.
3. Order processing
Orders received before 15:00 on a business day ship that afternoon. Anything ordered after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays goes out the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with your order number right after checkout.
Fragile candle glassware and liquid grooming bottles are packed using thermal protective cushioning, leak-resistant protective seals, and double-wall corrugated containers. Apparel and dog accessories are encased in durable, water-resistant protective mailers with reinforced seams to guard against transit abrasion.
4. Tracking your parcel
Once your order is processed and collected by the carrier, a dispatch notice containing your carrier tracking code is sent via email or SMS text message so you can monitor parcel progression.
5. Lost or delayed parcel
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, reach out to [email protected] with your order number. We will open a trace with the courier and either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, within 10 business days of your message.
6. Damaged on arrival
If an item arrives with exterior damage or packaging fracture, photograph the damaged package and its contents within 48 hours of delivery and transmit the photos to [email protected] to arrange an immediate replacement.
7. Payment methods
We support Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for your card or online banking credentials over email or the phone.
8. Delivery outside United States
We post parcels to selected countries. Shipping rates and transit schedules appear in your basket before payment is finalized. Customs charges or import duties, if applicable locally, are handled by the recipient.
