These conditions govern every purchase submitted through alderliving.info, which is run by Alder Living Goods LLC. Submitting an order confirms your agreement to them. Please review them alongside our Delivery, Returns, and Privacy documentation.

Alder Living Goods LLC offers retail consumer products including casual apparel, scented candles and home fragrance diffusers, nature-inspired home decor and gift items, non-medicinal beard and hair grooming solutions, and non-corrective dog accessories. Individual listings outline contents, volume, materials, and format. Product imagery provides a genuine impression, though outer wrapping and box design may occasionally vary.
3. Ordering and contract
Your order is logged once you complete the checkout screen. An automated acknowledgement arrives by email, while the legal sales agreement takes effect only upon dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel an order if inventory is depleted or verification fails, issuing a full refund promptly.
4. Prices and payment
Prices appear in USD and exclude applicable state and local sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required. Delivery fees are presented clearly during checkout prior to final payment. We accept: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should a clear typographical pricing error occur, we will notify you before dispatch so you can verify the updated price or cancel.
5. Delivery
Shipping choices, schedules, and costs are listed on our Delivery & Payment page. Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once delivery takes place.
6. Product images and colors
Photographs display actual items from our shelves. Screen calibration, display types, and ambient room lighting can cause modest color differences; subtle tonal variation is perfectly natural and does not count as a fault or entitle an order to free returns.
7. Transfer of risk
We remain responsible for your package until the courier delivers it to you or your designated recipient at the specified location. Risk of damage or loss passes over at that point. Any obvious transit damage must be flagged directly to the courier and reported to our team within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
You can send items back within 30 days of receipt following our Returns guide. Alder Living Goods LLC provides a standard merchant warranty covering structural defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of 30 days from delivery. This limited warranty does not cover fabric tears, canine chewing damage, misuse of candles, normal wear, or cosmetic degradation resulting from improper storage.
- Customized, engraved, or tailor-made decorative pieces and personalized dog collars.
- Perishable, botanical, or natural decor items with short natural lifespans.
- Topical beard grooming oils, hair balms, and personal care liquids once original protective seals are unsealed or broken.
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other materials or altered post-delivery.
- Scented candles or wax melts that have been burned, melted, or removed from factory wrapping.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the United States, the total aggregate liability of Alder Living Goods LLC for any claim relating to purchased merchandise is limited to the specific purchase amount paid for the product or $100, whichever amount is smaller. Nothing in this agreement restricts statutory liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Age and use
Shoppers must be aged 18 or older to place an order. Use every item purely as guided on packaging labels; our products do not provide or replace qualified medical advice.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal consumer protection laws of the United States. Should we fail to resolve an issue between us directly, legal matters will be handled by the court where the seller is registered, preserving every consumer protection granted in your country.
